JOHOR CORPORATION

Johor Corporation (JCorp) was established as a public enterprise and a statutory body via Johor Enactment No. 4 1968 (as amended under Enactment No. 5, 1995). As a State-owned Conglomerate, JCorp through its Group of Companies is involved in core businesses encompassing Palm Oils (KULIM), Specialist Healthcare, Food & Restaurant Services, Property, Port Services, Hospitality, Intrapreneur as well as Oil & Gas.

Johor Corporation through its Group of Companies now becomes among domestic market leaders in several of its core businesses, particularly in KULIM Businesses, Specialist Healthcare Businesses as well as Food & Restaurant Services Business. Johor Corporation also established Property Division, Industrial Development Division and Corporate Responsibility Division which also involve companies within the Group.

Overall, Johor Corporation owns operations and business interests not only in Malaysia, yet expanded into Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Australia.
